My caller ID says Wisconsin VAF. According to Google this stands for Veterans Assistance Fund based in Tomahawk, WI. According to some sources they spend a lot of their funds on for profit solicitation companies and at least one source lists them on their worst charity list. Sounds like a scam to me.
