Who called from 7158028569

They have called my cell phone occasionally since Aug 10, 2015. Never leaves a message.

When I called the number back it was a recording from "National Disability".

Have gotten almost daily calls from either this number or 715-575-3753 with no message, been going on for a month.  Sure can't take a hint.

I received a call this morning and was asked if I had recently inquired about Social Security disability.  I asked where the person was calling from.  He just kept talking.  I asked again.  He said he didn't know where I was.  I repeated my question the third time and he hung up on me.

Got a call from this number today saying I had contacted them online about lowering my student loan debt (I hadn't).  I have recently gotten the exact same call three different times from three different numbers.  I asked him why that was, and he just repeated his reason for calling me.  I asked him if that was his answer and he paused and said yes.  Naturally I hung up.
