Just gave it a call and got their voicemail system - company is "Entertainment Solutions," a telemarking company that sells Dish Network systems.
Their system did not give an option to be removed from the calling list, so I may have to call back and see if I can get a live person.
I think this may have been a web site typo or something - as you can see in my following post, calling the number takes you to "Entertainment Solutions."
