A woman called and asked to speak with the owner and I asked who was calling and she said PCA SECURITY, I asked what this was in reference to? She said she just needed to speak to the owner, I informed her that this is a Corporation and the owner doesn't sales calls. She asked why and I told her that he is very busy and if she would like to give me a message to pass on, or if she had any materials she would like to mail, she said no and that I didn't need to be so rude and I should just stick to being a secretary, and hung up. (don't know what she meant by that last comment) But most certainly will keep that name and number on hand and head them off right away. And report them to the BBB and Attorney Generals office if I get detailed information on them.

Similar situation as the report above. Got a call that asked for the owner. This was the third or fourth time today that we received a similar call. I said that we were a satellite office and we don't accept solicitations. She told me I was being rude and said the only person she could talk to would be the owner. I said that there is no owner available at this office and asked her to please stop calling. She said that the only person she could talk to is the owner and that's the only person who could ask her to stop calling. Ultimately I was forced to hang up on her, because she would simply not accept no for an answer.
