Me too. Got this one today. CID says Ellsworth, WI and I'm in Maryland, so I assume it's some kind of spam.

just called a few minutes ago, sunday, march 13, 2016 around 2:10 PM EST.  did not answer.  Caller ID said Ellsworth WI

after answering, hello, he said loudly Hello!  Then silence, so I said hello again, he said Shirley, I said this is Shirley, then silence for 15 seconds, then I hung up.  Not nice receiving these calls anytime, let alone on Sunday afternoons.

I have received two calls like this, both saying my name, and hanging up.
