This is a scam to get you to send money. They say congratulations you have been approved for a $5000 loan. Then they will request you send them money via Western Union to get the paper work started. After that you will never hear from them again.

Just one of many IRS scam calls. They made the normal threats and demanded that I call 347-560-5443 to avoid prison. These people are obviously not native English speakers
