Called today with the caller ID "Buffalo NY". VoIP number with Level 3 Communications. Have had multiple scammers call using them. The area code was already blocked so they couldn't get through but shows up on my caller ID. Other reports state they are the Medicare scammers. Calling and saying they got your info from your doctor about your supposed pain and a back/knee brace.
Probably meaning they are scammers! Telemarketers should (keyword: should) follow the DNC list. If these people are claiming they are exempt, they are pretty much admitting they aren't legit telemarketers.
