Got a call from this number some guy asking for my social security number when i told him no he began cutting me off and being insanely rude on their "recorded" line. So i hung up and called back for a supervisor who then told me that they do not actually have a recording of the prior conversation, something seems a tad bit shady if anyone would like my opinion
got a call - very 'street', woman was not professional... she insisted I give her personal info and when I refused she became outright rude. I hung up.
NORMAN S: AGENT 561 gave me a call after i told them yesterday that i work from 9-530 and the calls at 930 1130 130 and 330 need to stop. after i told him this again today i hung up the phone becasue im currently on the clock. i then got another call from a different number from a man that sounded very very similar if you ask me telling me that i was a piece of [***] and that he was going to i quote "piss in my mothers mouth" and hung up. i tried to call the number back and its disconnected. so basically he spoofed his number to make a nasty call to me. thanks for your help HRRG btw like i told you, my card will be in next week so we can start that payment arrangement.
got a call from this number from some dumb bimbo girl i told her to mark down to stop calling my work number they obviously didnt make any type of notations to take that specific number out and called my work 4 times the next day. which was yesterday 4/22/15
got a call from HRRG saying i owe 894.27 last week on a medical bill from my motorcycle accident when i had about 10 fl oz of puss drained from my knee, from a norm or something like that. I tell them ill gladly take care of this because i didnt know that my bill was in collections. But i wanted to know why the bill was so much for such a petty thing that was done. I go check my mail this morning and i just now recieved a bill from the hospital for 328.91 so they're charging me around 560 to collect a bill before i get it? That's a total scam to the fullest. Its actually extortion. I called the hospital and paid them 250 and my bill is now in good standing, its also lower than the original because they took off some items for me that on top of the high bill were not accurate.
