I got a call from NGC telling my father that he won a prize of some sort. I said he didn't enter any contest or ballot; i know that b/c he doesn't speak English. I swear! Why they hire ppl with strong accent on the phone. I don't understand a thing they're saying. I basically told him: "you guys are scam artist and i am gonna report you to the police" and he hung up.
Yes. I received a call from 716-200-4869 - "Alya Inam" on the call display. He called in the early evening of May 26th, 2007.
He said (in an Indian accent) that he was calling from Buffalo, NY and asked if I had completed some ballot. I was watching a baseball game and brushed the guy off before he gave me some pitch.
If he calls again, I'll listen to what he has to say and report here.

May 30, 2007. This time they blocked ANI/CLID. Said he was calling from the National Gifting Center in Buffalo NY. I asked him how the weather was (as I am close to Buffalo - in Toronto). He was stumped for a moment - then I asked him what the time was in Buffalo. He got stumped again. I asked him if he was calling from Mumbai. He said no
I heard about 500 other guys in the background (from this call center in Mumbai, NY:).
Asked if I filled out a ballot - said I could claim a range of prizes - cruises, 60-inch plazma TV - finally offered $1,000 cash. I [***] him around so much he got frustrated. I told him not to call back.
