Caller kept spelling  Joe (several times).  I couldn't hear him very well.  It may be something about car insurance as he said I qualified as I had not had an accident in the last 6 months..As i still couldn't for sure he was trying to tell me I hung up.  His voice was  foreign  like maybe Spanish.
