Received a call from Ms. Carter informing me that she has made several attempts to deliver legal documents to my residence and will now be marking the file as direct refusal to sign. Provided contact number of 716-210-8336 to work out arrangements with "filing party" before close of business today.
I called the Filing party number and the lady on the phone was rude. and she said she was calling from the VIP Loan Shop. and she asked me if I had been served or if my references had been served. She then asked me if i wanted to settle this out of court. I asked her how much was the Debt she said she couldn't tell me? I asked her again. She started yelling. and I hung up the phone. I'm from California, I am wondering where everyone else that she has called is from She cant be everywhere!
Likely spam: Have received dozens of calls from this exchange (716-210-8000 #’s or 9300’s #’s) using dozens of varied numbers (they’re almost always different but always 716-210-). From Pendleton, NY. They also never leaving a single message; so, I have no idea who they are. I have tried to message them back telling them to leave a message-if they want to receive a call back but it does not go through as a real number. Good luck blocking them-they are a nightmare & hope they get stopped soon. FYI...my number is registered with the do not call list-but obviously they don’t care & somehow think themselves above the law.
