I recieve harrasing phone calls

Called and said I had a payday loan at one time and said I owed money

Threatened to take me to court over $200 pay day loan from 3 years ago. Threatened court and defrauding a financial institution and jail time.

A Richard West Keep calling my phone for my son stating there is a fraud case. This area code is New York why would someone be calling about fraud from New York about fraud for the IRS and my son stay nowhere by New York. If the IRS want you they know how to come get you and reach you especially if your not answering your phone.

Please be careful. I was told I was owing 280.00 and I will be going to jail if I don't pay in 5 days. Then my no was ask to pay it for me and they also ask for her credit card number so be careful
