Called my house and let it ring so many times (well over one minute; I have no answering machine), more than once in a row, that my son had to unplug the phone (he's not permitted to answer phone unless Caller ID shows call is for him). I called back and automated msg put me on hold; I hung up after a couple minutes.
2ed time called first time was not answered this time I was here and answered. He asked for some one that lived here a long time ago. And I didn't know him. I told him he was not here anymore. the caller was a idiot. He asked me to look under the stairs and the couch to see if he was here. I said you have no right to speak to me like I was stupid or something. He started asking more questions and I hung up.
I called the # back and talked to a nice lady. She is going to try to find the file and RM my #. I don't remember the name that he wanted now. So I guess he will call again.
The Co. name was Greystone.
OH yea I asked him what he wanted with this guy and he wouldn' t tell me, but he wanted me to spill my guts to him.
This number belongs to Honda Finance, the have a call service chasing up those that owe them unpaid Car loans. I have told a member of their staff that I am not the person they are looking for but they still insist on calling about six to eight times per day, I have their number saved as Block 6 so I don't make the mistake of answering them.
My number is on the do not call list so this company is in violation of federal law but they don't seem to care. I really don't care as their calls are just an irritation, if I had time I would send them an cease and desist order but I have lots of other things to do.
I was given my present number by AT&T to replace my original number and got calls looking for the previous user for a year, I would have thought that Honda Finance would have gotten sense by now, thing is if you don't own them money don't take any notice or get in touch with your phone company to block that number.
