Telemarketer/Scammer. Caller ID: "Youngstown Ny", called back and got the "If you are not interested in receiving any future calls about our special promotions..." Hung up, Blocked.

Male robot: "Don't hang up. This is not a sales call. AARP ...."  Yea, right!  I hung up.

Here we go again!  ID said "Neighbor".  Had that ID before on another number.  Added this number to call blocker.  Although these jerks are changing numbers so often that even a call blocker is becoming useless.  Our "do nothing" government are the only people who can put a stop to this and they won't.  The "do not call list" is a joke, at best.  Only answer is too screen all calls.

Did not answer the phone.

This number calls almost every day and there is never anyone on the line. The caller ID says Neighbor. HELP!!
