This # called my daughter's cell phone. With thick India accent, asked for her by name. With his thick Indian accent he stated that his name was "David Clark". (Ha, Ha). Told her to return his call immediately as she owed taxes and the IRS filing suit against her. Just read an article that 70 Mumbai call center scammers have been arrested in India. I hope Mr. thick accented David Clark was among them. Perhaps this scam will be slowed down a while at least. One can always hope.
