I need to find out who I report them to.....they keep calling my work,cell,home,telling me I owe 95.00 to 5 th/3rd bank and that they are seeing me if I don't pay them ....basically threatening me...saying I have to pay them with a prepaid card and all kinds of crap...what do I do?
Has called me on my cell, home phone and at my work. I finally decided to call back and claimed I owed over $2000 for something that occurred in 2008. I originally thought this may be valid so I setup payment arrangements. After further investigation, I realized it was a scam. I called my bank and cancelled my credit card and tried to call Mr. Porter back to investigate with him. He hung up on me but has called me this morning to claim my payment was declined this morning. You think DA!!! I am not paying you a cent! How do I go about filing a complaint about him and this company. If he continues to harass me at work I can lose my job.

This lady called and rudely left a message for someone else. I have had my cell phone for 15-years. Even after telling her they had the wrong number, she continue to call and threaten. The person had taken out the payday loan for $350, and now it was my responsibility according to her as she felt I was really her. Last I checked I am a guy and have a deeper voice. Maybe she needs gender lessons, but it is a good laugh. Since I never identified myself as the person, how can they communicate this to me? Are there privacy laws as I'm sure the person they were calling about would not want their business blasted to strangers.
