My calls keep coming from oracle Financial Group the number I have is 716 242 3494 and the payday loan they say I received was deposited in a bank account has been closed for several years
Called by Madison Maddox saying first she was from Alliance One and called my workplace saying she was from Oracle. The number they are using now is716-242-5215. Very obnoxious saying they are calling about a civil matter. Do not owe anything SCAMMER!!!!!
Had a phone call from 716-242-5203 from a guy who patched me through to an" agent" who was calling for my husband on a civil claim handed over to them from 2011. Said he owed 680 but if I provided a debit or pre paid credit card and agreed on a monthly payment of 140 they would reduce it to 280. Told her I would have to talk to my husband and would call her back she said okay and gave me her name and direct number which happened to be the same 1I had just called. I googled the # and it proved to be a scam. I called back got voicemail which would auto hang up just after the beep. So I sat hitting redial 28 times till she picked up revealed I knew it was a scam and was hung up on.
I have received numerous calls from different 716 area code numbers, today I received a call from a 1866 number, I answered it, was an automated system. I decided to play along and call it back. Once I heard who answered the phone I hung up. A woman that wouldn't give me her name called me right back, left a message stating I was rude and that I hung up in her face and that I needed to return her call that this wasn't a game and that she was going to issue a warrant for my arrest. SO once again just to play along and I called her back. I stated 1st that if she wanted to talk to me she had to stop with the fake claims of having me arrested because I am a paralegal and I know what her rights as a debt collector are, then she hung up on me once I told her that. So I called right back she told me if I called her office one more time she would have someone at my door in 20 minutes.... lol..... I told her please do..... then she hung up again. So I called her back, she answered the phone and asked if I was fu*king stupid and that she wasn't playing with me anymore and she was going to have me arrested, I then informed her that she as in violation of the fair debit collections act by threatening with criminal pursuit, she hung up again. I tried to call back one last time because at this point this is fun for me, she has my number now blocked...... Needless to say they are a SCAM !
