I recieved multiple calls a day from this number from a brIan may ....who obiously I spoke to previously about money I owed and the guy was relentless telling me I have criminal charges and civil which I spoke with my attorney and everything the guy said was bull [***] ,I also have multiple recordings which my attorney advised me not to say anything and he said he would take the case for free and I would just have to pay him after the civil suit I'm filing against oracle Financial in buffalo,ny.......they r debt collectors acting as they r representing a law firm the collector represented himself as an attorney and said the company name was ofg & Associates and I had t o return his call because of a final disposition which was being forwarded to my county..........also recieved call from 716-825-1925 Frm same guy stating that he was a process server and telling me I had to respond immediately or he would contact the proper authoritys if I didn't respond ,just a heads up if this guy calls u its a total scam just hang up or bate them in and u have a good chance of getting paid for all the fdcpa violation he will break

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.

This information is very helpful I gotta call stating that there was a judgment against me and they were going to take my income tax I'm not even sure who the guy is what company it was and saying that I would be arrested if I didn't comply
This number never calls my number but calls my moms husband number all the time saying that he will take my car away and take me to jail. Yesterday he called saying he has filed to take me to court.
