Foreign person claiming to be from the US government when the area code is NY. Very noisy background, an obvious fake, didn't listen long enough to hear what they wanted.
This number called 5 times a day. When I finally answered to tell them I wasn't interested, they told me they were with the federal government giving me a free grant. When I asked which branch of the government they were with, she said Health and Human Sevices, paused briefly, and hung up. Surely this is illegal?
