I have a charge on my debit account for $27.98 from this number 716-250-5700 and when I call the number they say please be patient we will answer your call in the order it was received and then it goes to a voice activated message that say put in your account number. I do not have an account number because I did not authorize this charge.
Someone from an 888-825-1059 number keeps calling me and then leaving a voice mail stating that they have "an urgent issue to discuss." If I try to call them back, there is a recording that says that the number has changed to 716-250-5700. So I call that number and the recording says, "Welcome to Book Club Service Center, please enter your account number." Wtf

Please call your bank. Tell them exactly what happened & the results. Then tell them you want to file a dispute on the charge (Do not! take no for an answer). There could be some bad news first. They may have to close your account & give you a new one. I can assure you that if there was an unauthorized charge out of your account, there will be another.
