My mother received the same e-mail today (4/15/15). Apparently Ronnie changed his last name to Wilson today. Total scam attempting to steal money. Don't open the attachments or call the number!
This is a scam. You get an email stating you have an arrest warrant and when you call them they say you owe money for a loan. The indian calls himself Ronnie Williams. They threaten to arrest if you don't pay immediately. I broke this idiot down fairly quickly. Couldn't even respond with where he was located. Said it was none of my concern. Couldn't say what state or company I owed money to. Overall a fairly poor attempt at scamming people.
