I just looked up this company on the Texas Secretary of State website. If it is the collection agency AMG Financial, it is not registered in the state of Texas. There is a company named AMG Funding, based in Pennsylvania, that is registered, but its bond will be cancelled on April 3, 2015.
Automated message left from 732-359-0656 to call back 855-359-9139, referencing a case number. I called back the 732 number and they said they were amg (assets management group ) i asked for their address and they said they could not give it out for safety reasons. He also said my bank said i owe money in a loan and i told him banks do not give out infirmation to a third party. He replied how do I know that. I hung up. Then i received a call from a 716-242-3489 sounding like the person i just spoke with and left a brief voicemail. How many different numbers do they have!
I got a very similar voicemail stating that he has some serious paperwork on his desk about me saying that i am a person of interest in a serious matter and to call them back and left a case number. The voicemail was breaking up so bad when he read the numbers i couldn't even call back or hear the case number.
I received a call from a guy stating he was trying to reach my daughter about a case. When I started asking questions he got very rude and when I told him not to call my number again and hung up the phone he called right back and said he will keep calling me I warned him he needs to stop because he is harassing me and hung up the phone again. Right after I received another call from another guy from same company using this number 7162561610 when I told him I was calling the authorities and hung up again they quit calling.
