Got a voicemail message from a "Dan McCormick." This blustery blowhard was looking to collect a debt from a woman who has the same first name as a woman I divorced twenty five years ago, back in 1989. Using his best tough guy voice, this a-hole left a 45 second threatening message on MY phone. If he was indeed looking for my ex-wife, I hope he finds her! But if he calls my number again, I'll be looking for HIM. These fly by night collection agencies use the internet to find anyone who might be even remotely connected to the person they're targeting. Hey Bulldog, [***]. I have had no communication with my ex in a quarter of a century, and I certainly did NOT enjoy hearing a message that was meant for her. Apparently, this scum bag collection agency is in New York state, possibly in Buffalo or Niagra Falls.
