This time the caller said he was "Brian Green" and had been retained by what sounded like "ARF" concerning a matter with HSBC. Now it really sounds like either a bill collector, or an attorney's offices acting as a bill collector. Either way, they are not abiding by the Fair Credit and Debt Collections Act.
Calling for someone that is not me. Said something about "our office had been retained about a serious breach of contract...." Did not give an office name, or a person's name..... IDIOTS!!!
