This person keeps calling saying i had a payday loan. Called my ex husband claiming we were still together and we haven't been for almost 6 years. And he has changed his number numerous times, not sure who or where he got my info from but his name is TED MATTHEWS.

I have received the same calls from TED MATTHEWS and also left message with my brother advising I left his contact information as reference which I did not. Not sure how he got mine or my brother's information.
Same person, Ted Matthews, called my place of work and violated a few laws according to the attorney general's office by threatening my staff and discussing there was a complaint against me. I do not know this individual nor do I know this company Pre-Legal National Processing. I have all of my bills paid. I have followed the information posted at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre18.shtm
Also you can place a fraud alert on your account with the three credit agencies as well as a freeze. The federal law states that you can request that they do not contact you at work, you need to do this in writing, with a certified letter/return receipt. Also, there is a form you can request to be sent to you to notarize and send back saying that this is not your debt.
