A text message left:  "Congratulations, your entry in last months drawing won you FREE $1,000 Target Giftcard.  Enter "408" at www.target.com.ctarg.com to tell us where to ship it!"

I got the same scam, probably a phish for bank account info

Just turned up the following article in my research; someone checked out the web address it was really directing to and tells about all the bs:
