I received a call from this number from Law Offices of David Mathews (what he said) and said his name was David Matthews...he called my unlisted cell phone number and asked for me by name and said he was looking for my father..I didn't give him any information but took his (which included 855-245-0171 to call back).
Only place my number is listed is LinkedIn...now it's off there!! I wonder if I have any legal rights to unsolicited calls? Also..misrepresenting himself as Law Offices if he's a collection agency. That screams misrepresentation right there.

I got a call yesterday from the same person - Dave Matthews (not Neil Young?) - asking about a relative who has never lived with me. A fishing expedition from a collection agency, threatening to involve the police if I didn't call back. Obviously I didn't call back. Beware of this sneaky character.
