This number called today and left 3 identical messages. The man on the other end said his name was Steve Martin and that he worked with the United States Treasury.  He threatened that ignoring his messages would be a second offence and could result in repercussions and a visit to the "magistrate judge".   Obviously its one of the Fear tactic scammer.
