Received call/voicemail message from this number this afternoon, about "24 hour notice of intent". Another bottom-feeding collection scam using scare tactics to extort money over questionable debts. They also call from 716-616-9886.
Called the office phone and left a personal message stating something about a bad check. Said they needed to hear back today or they would pursue the incident post haste. I called back and got a recording so left a message stating not to leave personal messages at this number again.

This man (and I use that term loosely) called my office asking for a co-worker. When I informed him she was unavailable and asked if he would like her voicemail, he asked for a supervisor. When I told him we had no supervisor in the office today, he asked for our legal office. I offered him our Human Resources office number in another state and he became verbally abusive. As if I would then help him. HA. I happen to be in collections/customer service and I know you can't speak to people in such a manner and I also know that if you have any legal way to collect you will do so through the courts.
This is Alex Westlake and you or your attorney need to contact my office about your bad check or we will have no other recourse but to pursue post haste. I have no idea who these people are.
