716-302-0017 Senior Services scam, I answered as "Officer Martin", but clearly she didn't hear that, and
launched into a pitch. She asked if I was Mr XXX, showing she had gotten my last name from somewhere.
She kept asking me If that was me, or if I was the husband...
I asked if she was a criminal in India. She paused for a few seconds, said we are not selling...
and then thanked me for my "Good Manners" and hung up.
Out of curiosity, and not being an international number, I called back. There's a robot thanking you for calling,
and saying if you want to be put on their do not call list, press "1". I pressed 0, and a few other keys, but they
merely restarted the recording.
Logically, whoever is paying for access to this phone number, and not merely spoofing it,
can be traced and prosecuted,
Foreign accent. She wanted to know if we were on Medicare and how was my back and knee??? Told I wasn't interested and hung up. Donotcall doesn't work!!!
