Called ID says Buffalo, NY.  Fundraising for some "police" foundation/association/fraternity/whatever.  Calls every month or so always using a different name for the organization they're "fundraising" for.  Doubt whatever organization's name they're using -- if it exists at all -- receives much from any donations they can manage to scam.
