This number just called my cell but did not leave a voicemail and hung up after a few rings, I am now blocking it. What made me laugh was I decided to call it back and reached some ridiculous recording about a survey in my area. Problem is I live in North Carolina and Buffalo New York is not exactly close. I usually do not call any number back but since I was going to block it they did to be able to reach me anyway I decided to see what it was. Just another annoying call. Personally I believe do not call should be exactly that, surveys and charities should also be exempt , do not call means do not call.
