Just got a call from some investigator telling me that he will be serving me along with a sherriff within 24 hours with paperwork. He said that I have to option of taking care of this with the petitioner whose number is 7163321643. I need to make contact with this petitioner asap and have them issue a stand down order so that he does not come out to my home or place of employement to serve me. The message that he lest he did not leave a case number, he clearly states " this is in reference to case number (then silence)" doesn't even state who the message is for. I googled the number and it gave me these sites for scam. The number is also the same people who have a recorded message and have called me everyday stating the same thing as everyone else above but no name given for who the message is for only "silence". So i took this to my lawyer friend and she is telling me to report it. The number came is as private but the number he gave me to make contact to the petitioner is what I reported. She also told me that if I am going to be served, there is no way that I would know, it would just happen. We will see where this goes....

ANGIE its a scam so dont give them any info and let them know u know its a scam!! report them to the FTC and your local authorities. just trying to get money out of people who do work for a living and dont have to steal others monies to live on.
I received a call saying that papers were delivered and I have a court date pending but little do they know that my husband is a sheriff deputy and if I were going to be served papers, he would have them. They call my job but not my home. Not sure what exactly they want but I have received no paperwork from them.
