I got a call from this number twice, 4 months apart, both same story, they state my husband took a loan in 2012 that if he doesn't pay is gonna be a felony, bla bla, anyways when I tell them go ahead they get all crazy and start yelling at me!! They are so stupid, why they call my number instead of his? My husband was in jail when they say he took the loan lol...

Mark Rogers is a little B#$%^. These people are frauds. Not attorneys at all. They have no legal address, and no email address. They work for this fake company trying to scam people because they can't get real jobs.
Called me and left a voicemail: "We have attempted to send you mail and it has been returned 'no such address'. We need to verify your address for legal purposes."
Yeah, nope. I've gotten these calls before. All from "Buffalo NY". I've reported them to the proper authorities before and I'll do it again.
This number left vm saying "this is Allison from payment processing. Due to recent returned payment all services have been restricted until reconciliation is made. Associates will be available until 5pm today to help reestablished your service. You may press 1 at any time to be connected."
I have no idea what they are referring to. Haven't had either, returned payments or services restricted.
These ppl act like theyre the police and that my sister will be charged with a felony if i dont pay this loan. I told them i knew they werent police because police dont call u on the phone and charge u with felonies. I think they really got bad when i said i out smarted them.
