I got a call from this number 7163620351 about my Check n go loan..im scared to go to court. The lady by the name of Marie Decarlo if im even spelling it right. ..told me my file is on her desk and to avoid taking me to court..I have to pay immediately.
They called my parents saying I owe money from a bank n if I I do not pay I will
Be taken to court. Than I received a call saying I have 2 claims n
If I do not call them I will be send to court. I just cannot believe these scammers n hackers called
FIrst my parents n then me leaving me a message. I did not even get
No money from a bank whatsoever. I block the number n these fools will get caught. A
Melissa left a message n a Amelia called my parents. I'm not dumb to get money from
A bank that I do not know of. They just want to scare people n threaten people. We are protected by our state consumer protection. When someone owes money the paper is send through
Mail not threaten you by phone. No legit company calls you n threatens you.
2 Calls from that number with threats that I will be taken to court (of course very stupid) and one to my job with the same threats. I called the 888 number that they left and told them they better stop calling and they said they were going to keep calling.
