I received a call from a man named justin adam or so it sounded. He never stated what office or business he was calling from. Said he had my name and that there was a claim against me. Gave a file number and said to call back. What made it strange was he also called several of my family members trying to find me saying he was not sure of my relation to them. When he was giving me the call back number in the voice mail he sounded as if he was unsure or didn't know his own number. He had long pauses when stating it. I tried to call back and confront the person and I have only gotten a voice mail back every time.
