Called me about an old account I had with Vivient home security, worst service I ever had...system never worked and when I requested them to come out and look at the unit and fix it, was told that if it was broken I had to pay to replace the unit when I didn't even have it for 6 months. I fought this for 2 years and still I am being threatened with mitigation. Thieves!
