Called me saying there was a pending lawsuit against my mom and they needed her to pay $520 to settle or she would face large court fees. The person I talked to identified himself as a civil mediator. He said the company the money was owed to was Sovreign Advance. Scam
This number is calling all of my family and threatening them and saying that there is a law suit against me and I am going to be served with papers and arrested. This keeps happening over the last year and nothing has ever happened!! I would love to know what to do to get them to leave me alone.

anyone who has been threatened with a lawsuit, court is implied, told a process server would come out, or told you are facing any legal consequences by this company needs to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Save all recorded calls or messages.
