The people from this number call my parents repeatingly trying to contact me ... I'm 36 & haven't lived with my parents in 16 yrs! I called them back and they said they were collecting a credit card debt of 2,000+ from Citibank. I have never owned a citibank card & these people were EXTREMELY RUDE! Said they were going to press charges & that I need to start paying my bills! What nerve this girl had! I hung up on her ... this is a scam if I've ever heard one!
Some idiot by the name of "Dick Regy" called my house and left a message on my voice mail saying this message was for me and my social sercurity number and he was going to serve me papers or a certified notice of intent and that if he didn't hear back from me he was going to serve me papers in 2 business days whether it be at my home or office. There is someone out there with my same name but these idiots have the wrong person. The number he left me to call in case I wanted to know my rights was 716-362-4897. I can't believe how stupid these people are! Oh yeah, he also said I better have 2 forms of ID id he shows up. When I called the number back, it was for a Christian Reed with Lewis and McCarthy. This is totally harrassment! I called the number and left a message to never call me again!!! Wrong person!
THESE PEOPLE JUST CALLED AND ASKED FOR MY HUSBAND BY NOT HIS HIS LEGAL NAME BUT THE NAME THAT ONLY HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS CALL HIM BY... TRYING TO GET SOME MONEY THIS IS [***]!
Received a call from 716-362-4897 - going to serve me tomorrow. Keep calling and harrassing me all day. I have asked for a VOD with no luck. Please take the time to go out on the FTC website and report this phone number. I did and was advised by FTC to get as much information as possible to stop these people. They also use the phone # 865-6696 no area code. If I can ever get an address on them, my attorney will be sending them a letter to stop the calls.
Got another call from 865-6696 - I stopped by the Sheriff's office this morning to file a formal complaint as they represent themselves as a legal entity. I also updated the FTC complaint with all this information.
