Who called from 7163626394

When I answer my phone there was no answer from the caller.

Stop calling my number if you dont want to talk when I answer or call you back.

Its a pretend school for furthur education. I dont answer becasue it only hangs up when I do and when I call back it has an answering machine pretend to be a live person that claims they cant hear you then eventually hangs up on you. its a waste of time. I would like to know who gae my phone number out to them so I may sue them.

They keep calling my cell

I am getting the same number calling me and the same thing happens. No one is there or its a machine
