Who called from 7164044688

this person called my number and my husbands.  1-716-7074688.  It's a hoax.

I got this call, referring me to call the number listed above by a process server who does not leave a  phone number but calls from a private number. Stating to call the 716 number or be served. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
