I just rec'd a call from a Jssica for a tattaly different person . Jessica gave me persons personal information, which is against th law. I informed Jessica I wasn ot the per she requested to speak with . I ddi call the person Jessica requested to spealk with and informed her/him. Bad Bad Bad!!!!
The lady that called me and said that I had the charges filed against me claimed to be from a county court and I could hear multiple voices in the background. What all did she say to you?
I got a call yesterday from this number and she claimed that I had charges filed against me and that my bank had wrote her a letter saying that after I took out a $2427 loan I closed out my account. She wouldn't tell me what the loan was for or who it was from but said that they had a letter from my bank. She knew the name of my bank, my social security number and my date of birth. I went to the bank and they said that they had not written a letter to anybody for anything that if they had they would have sent me one. They don't even have record of me having a checking account with them. I immediately called the BBB, the credit company and the social security office to inform them what was going. To beat it all she called on my husband's phone and not mine. Sounds like a scam to me so you guys please be careful because my bank is in Alabama and this number is out of New York, so my bank wouldn't use a company that far out they would use a local lawyer.
well this is what the call stated 225330 8775149704 brain jackson.. so i called back but funny i went thou this 2 weeks ago telling them they had the wrong ## and i did it again to day saying that i did not know this Jackson person.. and that it is a cell # not a landling.. she got very rued at me when i try to tell her i had called 2 weeks ago saying they had the wrong # so i will get it to weeks and call them back and start yelling at them again.. its starting to make me mad i went cell because all the calls on the land line now they wont stop on my cell..
