have recieved two calls from this number and when i asked the person what company it was he wouldnt tell me so you cant trust anyone now adays so i hang up anyone no this number thanks
Some collection company's do not give there name anymore when you call back because they might be local to your area and for safety of those annoying collection people they ask your name and phone # so they can look up what credit company they are calling on behalf of. There is one of those type of collection places in the first floor of the bldg I live in. I can hear them be so shady sounding when it's nice out and they leave windows and doors open of the business. Just call give your name and # they called you on then when they ask for more say "sorry if u are a collection agency you have that info and can tell me if not I'm sorry but I don't give that info out and please stop calling or I will file harassment charges!" Then immediately hang up go to donotcall.gov and register that number under complaints. Do this everytime they call back that way you have an email an logged trail of the calls for any harrassment suit.
Does anyone know who exactly this company is and who do they "collect" for if they are a collection agency? They keep calling me and I don't have anything outstanding but afraid to call them back in case I get roped into something!
They call me like 4-5 times a day. This number is a collection agency. They are a scam company. I work chex systems the official company and we get calls all the time about agencies like these harassing people who have debt and even people who don't have any debt to try to get a penny out of you. When they call just threaten to call the Attorney general if they don't remove your number from their call list and if they continue to harass you then file a complaint with the attorney general and the bbb. Eventually they will get shut down.
