Who called from 7164064480

As did I. I don't know anyone in Buffallo, NY.

Heard just a small hint of a voice before they hung up on my VM. Sounded like a heavy accent and not English.

Hangs up when answering machine come on. calls several times a week

We have family in that area code, so hesitated, but, since the name didn't make sense, I picked up/hung up to break the call.  SECOND spam call of the day; first one came in MY OWN PHONE NUMBER.

Found out the first one was the tired old "RACHEL..Interest Rate" call; this one might be the same.
OR it could be the equally as old "SOLAR PANELS"  call.

Got another call today, 11:57AM; BLOCKED so couldn't get past first ring.  Anyone know what SCAM this one is?  Just curious......
