This is a pre-recorded message stating: hey this is Stacy from Health Enrollment Center and also states that my application was approved for insurance. what application, i haven't applied and already have insurance. I enlisted my phone number a while ago in the do not call registry from the government and they still call.
This number called me yesterday and I have no idea who it is. They didn't leave a message. I figured it was some sort of scam.. or robo call. Will put on the DO NOT ANWSER list in my phone.
Called and left half a message, saying, "....to unscribe......" and then there was a moment of silence, then it hung up. No caller id address, but phone number does show. I tried to call the number back from a different phone and got the busy signal!!
