I have been getting calls from this # and also have told them the person they are looking for does not live here. They are calls for another person ans will not stop calling after I requested it and also called back and hit #2 to stop the calls and they still are calling me. I reported it to the FCC and will fill out the form1088 to stop them from Harassing me.They will not stop after I even told them over and over again I am here 30 years and never ever had a credit card except my debit card from my bank. How do I stop this person Mike from dialing my #?????????????

Demand a legitimate, physical address in which to send a cease communication letter. If they refuse, let them know they are in violation of TCPA and FDCPA laws by continuing to harass a non-debtor and you will be retaining legal counsel who will get this information for you.
