I received a voice mail message from FRG and Associates. The person's name is Alissa Baker. She left a message at my parents home as well. She states that she has a civil matter matter to discuss and needs to get a clall back from me or my attorney. I don't think this is legitimate. When I called this person back, her number states it is nonworking. The number she gave me is (716) 418-7044.
I just recieve the same call today October 4th around 2:30pm and Alissa Baker told me the same thing . I ask her to mail me a document on what I owe to see if it is for real. She told me what document I am telling you now. To me this is Fraud beacuse by law any bill collector have no right to threatin you about court
