Person did not leave message; When I called back, phone rang consistently

Free call blocker shut it down after one ring.

It's weird, the only time I get these calls is when I am calling my bank to check my inquiry. After dialing, I listen to the phone ring, then there is a brief pause, and my phone rings for like 2 seconds. I look at the call and it's not my bank. It's this phone number 1-716-427-6482 as missed call.  It's happen more than once. I call back and it just rings. Another number to watch out for, happening the same way is 1-512-953-7878.

Same thing happened to me when I called Bank America automated center. I called the number, but no answer.

Called at 5:25 AM!  When I called back it just rang and rang.
