i recieved a call from this number but I do owe a debt. but I recall this number from months back when i was getting messages from a man with a very strong accent that I could hardly understand and was very rude. The debt he claimed i had I had paid off several years ago. When i contacted that company they assured me it was fraud and they had been hacked. NICE> now its a very polite lady leaving messages but I know this is the same number and same location from NY. Last time I reported the scam to BBB and state attorneys generals office in that state and mine. I did hear of an international scam that was on the news also about something like this awhile back.
got a message from mrs. carter about a debt 3 mnths ago told her to send me proof. yesterday got the same voicemail still without proof. dont have a internet payday loan through this bmg co. but she insist i do. so i have contated the bbb and the attorney general office today.
I received two phone calls from this number. They were rude, threatening legal action about a debt. My wife was very upset about the first call which she received. I took the second call and found that the caller had my name and social security number wrong! Add stupidity to rudeness and arrogance. I forced a reluctant apology after which he again threatened consequences if I was lying. What a scum outfit!
I have received several calls from a Mrs. Schuller stating that they received a bad check in which it has crossed state lines. They call every day. Has anyone ever received a call from this number 716-462-4329? They will not give me a company name, but wants me to verify my driver’s License #.
I keep getting calls from this number as well. They are very rude and will not provide me with information when i ask for it. They also are very harassing when they do call. They ask me about my income, when i say I am a student they say well how do you support your self. Which I feel is non of their concern. If I dont have income at this time then I dont have income. I want proof of my debt then I would not mine working something out with them.
got another phone call again today saying that they have my ss#, not correct of course. still today I haven't received any verification from them that I owe this so call pdl that they claimed. when i returned the call, found that they don't really even have voice mail. what a joke. I went on line, the only link that works( when you look up the co.) is the payment link and the complaint link. None of the others work. filed a complaint through the bbb, with no response, believe (along with the bbb) that this co. is a fraud.
