This is executive arbitration group calling in reference to a situation involving your bank account, this matter requires your utmost concern and immediate attention. We asume you will call back and this is your file number ******.
This company has been calling for over a year. Usually its the "Arbitration" Department and to call back and give them the file number that they give during the recording and that if you don't call, they will take you to court etc. They never leave any details. You have to call them.
I did call back once, and the said they were looking for Nicole Taylor. Not me. I asked them to stop calling. They said they would. Now TODAY the calls have started again. I called them and its the same story....looking for Nicole Taylor. I asked them what this was all about. They said they needed to talk to Nicole to relay some important information. I inquired as to what firm they represent. They said NIH Federal Credit Union. I called NIH-FCU....they say they have never retained this company.
The next step is to file a complaint with the FTC, FCC and the New York Attorney General.
